Communicating Through Everything DiSC® Workplace
An engaging, vibrant workplace possesses the ability to communicate meaningfully and effectively throughout the organization. Everything DiSC Workplace® is a personal assessment tool used by millions of people every year to help improve communication, teamwork, and productivity in the workplace. Using the common language of the model, people can better understand themselves and those they interact with to develop good habits around effective communication.
By learning about the DiSC model, each of its quadrants - Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness - and your preferred style within the quadrants - you’ll gain an appreciation for the value of your style and the style of others. You’ll learn how individual communication styles vary based on their behavioral preferences and how to adapt to the style of others quickly and easily, thus improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of life in the workplace.
Two weeks prior to the course, participants complete a 15 to 20-minute online DiSC profile assessment.
