Utilizing the Everything DiSC® Agile EQ model, learners will start to understand where personal development may be needed in order to act most productively in different emotional and social situations.

This course is designed to teach those missing or lacking management skills. The foundation of this course is the DiSC® Everything Workplace assessment, but other assessments can be incorporated.

Utilizing the Personal Development assessment, individuals are evaluated on their approaches to the five key behaviors of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. After taking the assessment, participants receive a personalized report that deepens their understanding of themselves, their work style, and the styles of others in the organization. During our customized training experience, we’ll explore the different styles through various activities and discussions.
